I love these Gluten Free, Vegan Rosemary and Sea Salt Crackers and so do my niece and nephew – they scoffed the lot when I wasn’t looking. Praise indeed!
Make a couple of batches at the same time they will keep in an air-tight container for a week or two. Great to have a good supply when you have visitors or for crackers and ‘cheese’ after dinner. Divine with chutney too. I sometimes like to add a teaspoon of chilli flakes for a bit of a kick.
