This recipe makes 18 large biscuits or over 30 small (by small I mean ‘normal’ size) biscuits. Do not be tempted to eat them all at once with a flask of tea….
They are super crunchy, like proper biscuits, and super warm and spicy with a real zing from the ginger. They really are very good with tea (or coffee) and would be fantastic as a base for a dessert… Maybe look out for that recipes soon… If you are feeling really decadent and indulgent you could take a scoop of gluten-free, vegan ice-cream and sandwich it between two of these beauties! Birthday treat perhaps?
