Remember these are only approximations and working in the stated weights and measures is recommended to replicate the successful recipes.It is always useful to have a quick reference set of Conversion Tables from oven temperatures to weights and measures.
Conversion from weight to volume (e.g. grams to cups) is not included here. There is no one accurate conversion from weight to volume as the density of all ingredients if different and so you would need a different conversion for each ingredient. Much easier to buy some scales and weigh the ingredients. It is also much, much more accurate for baking.
